1.Bauer Rudi Farmer Rudi
Who never heard about the largest known public scandal called Gustel Mollath see chapter 2.1.3. should first read the first shown scandal chapter 2.1.1. “Bauer Rudi” or the death of farmer Bauer Rupp. To make it short Bavarian court imprisoned an entire farming family for killing their father although the body was never found. After the body was found in the Danube river eight years after the trial. And indeed the body was found in the father’s in the Danube but the court was not willing to free the still imprisoned family members and they also refused to open a retrial and to declare the innocence of the whole family. It was clear that the father missed to drive on the road and drove into the Danube whilst returning from a restaurant on his way back to his s house.
Furthermore, you should only consider a few shocking facts. There are only 2 pages to read in order to understand this scandal vividly and you notice immediately that in Bavaria and in Bavarian courts and police nothing works as you would expect in a democracy and a free country.
2. Haderthauer
Because the Bavarian minister of social affairs Ms. Haderthauer and her husband the court doctor was convicted in Bavaria on the occasion of prisoner’s exploitation, medical double billing, cheating tax on profits of prisoner’s exploitation et al Chapter 2.1.2. is enlightening reading.
Model car affair year 2013. Because the Mollath scandal and the grievances about Bavarian Psychiatric Hospitals became public another clinic got public attention. There the Ministry of Social Affairs covered up the exploitation of prisoners. Minister of Social Affairs Ms. Haderthauer CSU made 1 million euros in sales with handmade model cars made together with her husband the aptly court doctor. He owned a private company owned for this purpose. A triple murderer long imprisoned in such a psychiatry worked for less than 1 euro an hour and produced wonderful model cars which were sold in London at auctions for up to EUR 14 000 per piece in addition to the Minister activity. Prison labor is just not paid in Bavaria and Germany. To motivate this triple murderer even more as a skilled car model master and artisan, the couple Haderthauer invited him to their private apartment in Ingolstadt in Bavaria for dinner. He was allowed to take prisoners leave and go to France as a triple murderer.
3. Gustel Mollath
The scandal Gustel Mollath is known to many Germans. Who does not know about should read chapter 2.1.3. This scandal has been commented upon by this author with many Internet posts. These are included chapters numbers 2.1.3. I to 2.1.3.XII. The introduction to this is in Chapter 2.1.3. I and should be read carefully, repeatedly if necessary. The other sub-points II to XII in Chapter 2.1.3. are therefore much more easy to understand if one consults back to the introduction in chapter 2.1.3.I – repeatedly if necessary. Mister Mollath wanted stop his wife Petra to continue carrying huge amounts of cash after she already took 100 million euros to Switzerland. But she took him to the psychiatric ward. She pretended to have gotten a slap and she forged certificates for bruises. After Mister Mollath was in closed psychiatric ward; she had a lover and after only the 8 weeks affair he wrote a will or testament of 800 000 Deutschemarks. A few days later he allegedly committed suicide. The black money came from Bavarian officials, entrepreneurs, CSU politicians, probably police and judicial employees, politicians. Therefore, Mister Mollath was arrested in psychiatry and nobody wanted to release him.
4. Schottdorf
The reader may remember the resignation of the Bavarian Justice Minister Ms. Merk CSU party member because of a lie in the Bavarian Parliament on the occasion of the affaire Mr. Gustel Mollath. She lost this Ministry. Her successor Bausback CSU wanted to do everything better preventing judicial arbitrariness and abuse in psychiatry. But he is corrupt to the bone which is shown by the scandal of Schottdorf affair see chapter 2.1.4. After the scandal in 2012 of Mr. Gustel Mollath the newly appointed Justice Minister Bausback protected about 3000 Bavarian Physicians in the year 2014 from criminal proceedings. Bavarian doctors had double billed 500 million euros in blood analysis in the Schottdorf laboratory. The Minister of Justice Bausback the son of a Bavarian doctor feels attached to doctors than to the law. His account balance has certainly increased clearly not the one at the local bank!
